Inuit & Ulu

By Gaetan Beauchamp & Catherine Chabot

$1,500.00 USD

The Ulu knife is a significant and essential tool from the Inuit Nation, their northern cold climate can be brutal, to say the least. This knife, or tool, has played a huge role in their lives. For several months I have been working on this project. After I drew the design on paper, I realized something was missing to highlight the significance of the Ulu. I approached renowned Montreal artist Catherine Chabot for help, the result is a spectacular painting that will be framed along with the knife.
