All knives are designed and handmade by Gaétan Beauchamp. The knives are either flat or hollow ground on a belt grinder. There are not CNC machines in the shop as the preferred method is a hands on approach to each blade. Bolsters are pinned and black or beige spacers are used to accentuate the handle material.

Customer designs may be requested, creation and delivery time will vary between 3 and 6 months depending on the complexity of the work. Available items usually ships within two days.
